Mr. Tobler represents both Landlords and Tenants in the negotiation, drafting, editing and review of lease agreements. Long term commercial leases have considerable financial consequences and Mr. Tobler is dedicated to protecting his clients from those unexpected provisions giving rise to significant unanticipated costs.
